How to use.

Simply thread the tube from the front into the slot on the inside post, turn the knurled wheel at the bottom until the toothpaste is visable.

To remove the tube.

Squeeze the clips on the top of the the squeezer and slide the post down to relase the tube. Then slide the post back through the top and store untill needed again.
